Personality is fundamental determinant of psychological, physiological and emotional state of human being. Balanced personality is acceptable pattern of behaviour. Behaviour is a thing which basically helps to know psychological, emotional and physiological changes; it is also organismic pattern of human being in where all traits must be reflected. Human behaviour is a responsible parameter for interpreting the changes of personality paradigm. Allport is a pioneer of personality study, contributed with trait theory of personality. He had observed that human personality is nothing but a dynamic organization of physiological and psychological system. This organization must help to adjust in always changing situation in unique ways. In the present study, researcher basically wanted to assess the student’s personality organization and its constituent nature on the basis of Allport’s theory of personality. On the basis of this study, researcher basically wanted to suggest some aspects of school education for improving the educational development. Allport had suggested three types of personality traits like cardinal, central and secondary trait. This study will help to focus the essential aspects of the students’ personality; also will be helpful to design the existing educational system properly.
